Wasta is a mobile application that provides governmental services in order to finish tasks and extract documents in a fast, reliable way. Any Egyptian might need to use this application at some point to avoid bureaucracy and losing time at any governmental organization.

Egyptians need to extract documents and papers by going to governmental organizations every now and then. The process there is very boring and time consuming; therefore, an interactive application had to be conducted in order to solve this problem and help people finish their tasks in an easy fast way.

Core features
The main features and services provided by the application are the ones used frequently by the majority of the Egyptian population. Even if a specific service could not be conducted online, the application aids the user by giving instructions on how to do it and provide them with the documents needed.

The search included visits to the governmental organizations and observing people’s actions and problems. Information about each service and organization were gathered to create an application that would match the real life guides and legislations.
